Consultant – Financial Management, Management Control

• Support the Finance Departments of major corporate clients
• Redesign performance management models and define Finance IT strategy roadmaps
• Support operational teams in Data Management and Big Data projects
• Act as a Business Partner to optimize and improve financial processes and reporting
• Lead management control and financial management teams, including providing interim management support
• Review internal control and risk management frameworks
• Develop team capabilities
• Participate in the firm’s internal events and projects
• Contribute to the success of complex, international transformation projects

Requirements

• Master’s degree from a business school or university, or equivalent qualification such as the French DSCG, Master CCA, or a Master’s degree in Finance
• At least 2 years of experience gained in a consulting or audit firm, financial institution, or banking regulator (ACPR, ECB, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of high-impact national and international reporting requirements and regulations, including IFRS, BCBS 239, COREP, FINREP, SURFI, Basel standards, and related frameworks
• And/or proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, including Agile methodology, planning, budget management, quality planning, and team supervision and coordination
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and organizational abilities
• Fluent in English
