Your Mission

You will contribute to the support of organisations (French and international) in the transformation of their strategic and operational models.

In concrete terms, you will:

• Support clients toward becoming positive-impact companies (e.g., Entreprise à Mission or certified B Corps).
• Contribute to the Co-design of CSR / sustainability strategies that embed social and environmental challenges at the heart of their business models.
• Contribute to installing more collaborative and inclusive governance frameworks so employees, partners, and stakeholders are fully engaged in the journey.
• Immerse yourself in each client’s environment and culture and carry out market studies that inform our recommendations.
• Draft deliverables and commercial proposals, translating insights into clear, actionable documents.
• Collect, analyse, and process data (e.g., surveys and questionnaires) to support our findings.
• Track and report on all client projects (business cases), ensuring deadlines, KPIs, and impact goals are met.
