Context
The SEO team at WPP Media is accelerating its technical transformation. We are looking for a SEO Consultant capable of taking charge of complex accounts while structuring our internal assets.
Missions
You will lead a portfolio of diverse clients, guiding them in defining and deploying their organic search strategy to maximise visibility and organic traffic.
- Audits and Recommendations
- Complete SEO audits covering semantics (keyword searches), technical (crawl, indexability, speed), and editorial.
- Analyse competitors.
- Write functional specifications and actionable recommendations for technical and editorial teams.
- Implementation & Optimization
- Support clients in implementing technical recommendations.
- Optimise internal linking, meta tags and content structure.
- Deploy the defined SEO strategies.
- Project Management & Client Relations
- Manage day‑to‑day client relationships: conduct follow‑ups, explain SEO issues.
- Ensure adherence to schedules and deliverables.
- Performance Tracking & Research
- Track key KPIs (traffic, rankings, conversions) via dashboards (Looker Studio, GA4, Search Console).
- Maintain continuous monitoring of algorithm changes and emerging trends.
Profile

Experience & Qualifications
- Education: Bac+3 to Bac+5 in Webmarketing, Digital Communication or Computer Science.
- Experience: About 2 years in SEO, ideally with agency experience; understand agency rhythm, multi‑account client management and delivery timelines.
- Technical skills: strong knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog and Google Search Console; analytics tools like GA4; CMS platforms WordPress, Shopify, PrestaShop.
- Basic HTML / CSS / JS knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent written and oral French expression, flawless spelling.

- Rigour and organisation: manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relationship skills and pedagogy: explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Analytical and synthesis skills: use data to derive concrete action plans.
- Proactivity and curiosity: continuously test new methods and self‑train.
