Responsabilités

• Smart Operations : Assistant clients in defining transformation plans to improve efficiency, service levels and costs through digital levers such as AI, IoT, analytics, AR, connected infrastructure, BIM, PLM, preventive maintenance, remote interventions and shared services centres.
• New Digital Business : Help clients develop new product and service portfolios connected and innovative tied to new business models generating new revenue sources, e.g., connected infrastructures, energy‑efficiency services, services platform and data monetisation.
• Operating Model : Assist general management in defining and implementing new organisational models to address technological and societal change, such as digital factories, shared services centres and capability identification.
• Carbon Neutral Construction : Support clients in strategy and execution of sustainable development commitments (scope 1/2/3), identifying energy‑optimisation levers, analysing supplier ecological performance and integrating carbon impact into design processes, considering circular‑economy possibilities.
• External Growth / M&A : Advise clients on M&A strategy, identify acquisition targets, perform due diligence and post‑merger integration.
• Commercial Development : Develop the activity with French and European key accounts across the service offering.
• Team Leadership : Manage a team of consultants and managers with one or several clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Strategy & Consulting or prior experience in construction or services.
• Strong adaptability and client‑relationship development skills.
• Appetite for digital technologies: mobility, IoT, analytics, big‑data, cloud, AI and data visualisation.
• Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity.
• Fluency in English.
