Data Domain Manager

Role Overview

To support this acceleration, the client is looking for an experienced Data Domain Manager to lead these two domains in close collaboration with Business Domain Owners, Product Owners, Data Teams and regional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Data Domain Leadership

• Act as primary Data Office representative for Finance.
• Establish domain governance and operating model.
• Organize and facilitate domain steering committees.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, data teams and regional representatives.
• Support Data Domain Owners in decision-making and roadmap definition.

Roadmap Definition & Delivery

• Define and maintain domain roadmaps.
• Identify and prioritize business use cases.
• Support in building and sizing the data squad for the two domains.
• Coordinate delivery with Data Factory, Product Owners and delivery squads.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies and business outcomes.

Data Governance Deployment

• Define ownership, accountability and governance processes.
• Support Data Quality initiatives and issue remediation.
• Ensure alignment with corporate data governance standards and MDM practices.
• Contribute to business glossary and data catalog activities.

Data Product Development

• Support the framing and deployment of priority data products including:
• Operational performance datasets & dashboards
• Financial performance datasets & dashboards
• Sales performance datasets & dashboards
• Integration of required data sources
• Future AI and optimization opportunities

Change Management

• Build strong relationships with business leaders.
• Drive adoption & deployment of delivered data products.
• Support change management strategy and execution.
• Ensure continuous communication regarding roadmap progress and value delivered.
