Consultant – CRM Martech

Overview

Consultant Marketing at Accenture Song. This is a full-time role located in Île-de-France, France. The consultant will work within the Marketing practice of Accenture Song on CRM/Martech consulting and implementation missions for major clients, delivering value by combining analytical curiosity, consulting expertise, and a strong focus on marketing technologies.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Audits: Conduct CRM and Martech audits, including information gathering, existing system analysis, and benchmarking.
• Strategy: Design client activation strategies, spanning customer segmentation, automated journeys, and personalized omni-channel plans.
• Workshops: Facilitate and co-facilitate workshops with client marketing and IT teams to gather requirements.
• Deliverables: Draft consulting deliverables such as frameworks, functional specifications, and deployment plans.
• Implementation: Participate in the configuration, testing, and deployment phases of CRM, CDP, and Marketing Automation solutions.

The Must-Haves

• Background: Master’s Degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school, or a specialized master’s in marketing, digital, or data.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in CRM/Martech missions, gained within a consulting firm, ESN, or at an advertiser. A first experience on CRM or Marketing Automation projects (framing, configuration, or performance analysis) is required.
• Skills: Knowledge of Martech tools including CRM, CDP, and Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, Braze) and/or analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Understanding of segmentation logic, scoring, and omni-channel customer journeys (email, SMS, push, paid). Ability to write structured deliverables and present recommendations to business stakeholders. Professional working English is essential.
