Responsibilities

• Consult on missions or manage projects for prestigious clients in the insurance market such as life insurers, non‑life insurers, bank insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and mutuals.
• Lead projects in support of financial departments transforming their operating models, digital transformation, normative compliance and risks, ESG finance, mergers/acquisitions, innovation and IT strategy, and change management.
• Participate in business management activities including recruitment, training, business development, and office social events.

Qualifications

• Experience in a consulting, audit/financial services firm, insurtech or major insurance player (internship or similar).
• Recognized expertise in Finance, IT strategy, ESG Sustainable Finance, Actuarial science, Data management, or Innovation.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to manage priorities; strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• Fluency in English and French at C1+ level.
• Excellent command of the Office suite.
• Right to work in France and ability to be based in Paris.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: €42K.
• Variable remuneration through profit‑sharing and/or cash according to Alpha’s discretionary scheme.
