Construction Technical Control Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure the technical monitoring of construction projects (structural integrity, fire safety, accessibility for people with disabilities, acoustics, thermal performance) from design through to completion and handover.
• Conduct project studies, plan analyses, on-site inspections, and prepare reports.
• Contribute to the agency's growth by building client relationships and offering complementary services.
• Collaborate in the development of new service offerings.
• Participate in the evolution of procedures by taking part in working groups or testing new tools/software.
• Support clients through all stages of their project requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a Construction Technical Control Engineer.
• Driven by challenges.
• Recognized for rigor, customer-service orientation and commitment.
• Valid driver's license (Category B) required.
