Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Supervisor to lead our concrete construction crews on projects across the country. This role requires regular travel to various job sites including varies heights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete construction and field supervision, with the ability to lead teams, manage daily task, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations on construction job sites
• Lead and coordinate labor crews
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and company policies
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and site personnel
• Monitor job site progress and provide regular updates to management
• Oversee use of tools, equipment, and materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Travel to job sites nationwide as required

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in concrete construction (supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Construction and job processes
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Willingness to travel regularly and manage teams
• Valid driver’s license
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus
