Purpose

The Senior Construction Engineer is responsible for coordinating all construction activities in project/onsite, facilitating effective communication between stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with project HSSE, Quality and schedule requirements.

Responsibilities

• Your responsibilities include conducting the constructability review and providing input to Engineering.
• You conduct and oversee advanced technical evaluations, risk assessments, and feasibility studies to guide project decision‑making.
• You provide guidance and advanced technical expertise on construction techniques to the project/site team, ensuring best practices are followed.
• You address operational challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve construction performance and reduce non‑productive time.
• You coordinate the interface and priorities between disciplines to solve construction issues, follow up on the construction status and progress to meet the schedule.
• You provide guidance and mentorship to the project construction team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Education

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field with strong knowledge of construction principles and processes, and HSSE regulations.

Experience

• At least 8 years extensive experience in construction with a proven track record of successful project delivery in complex environments, combined with excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
