Lead Site Operations on Europe's Most Advanced Data Centre Projects

We're supporting a rapidly growing specialist contractor delivering complex CSA and internal fit‑out packages across some of Europe's largest hyperscale and mission‑critical data centre developments.

With a strong pipeline of secured projects across Germany, France, and the Netherlands, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee day‑to‑day site operations on a flagship data centre project in the Frankfurt region.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be the key operational leader on site, responsible for coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme performance, driving safety standards, and ensuring the successful delivery of critical fit‑out works.

From initial mobilisation through to final handover, you will play a vital role in delivering complex CSA interior packages within fast‑paced, live construction environments.

Typical works include:

• Raised Access Flooring
• Internal Partition Systems
• Fire‑Rated Assemblies
• Hot Aisle Containment Systems
• Security & Cage Installations

Working closely with Project Managers, Supervisors, EHS teams, QA/QC professionals, BIM specialists, logistics teams, and commercial staff, you will help drive successful project outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations and subcontractor activities
• Drive programme delivery and maintain project milestones
• Coordinate multiple work fronts across fast‑track construction environments
• Lead toolbox talks, inductions, and site safety initiatives
• Ensure compliance with project quality standards and QA/QC requirementsMonitor productivity, progress, and site performance
• Coordinate logistics, materials, labour, and access requirements
• Identify and resolve site issues before they impact programme delivery
• Maintain accurate reporting through digital construction platforms
• Support project leadership teams through proactive communication and planning

About You

We are open‑minded regarding backgrounds, but successful candidates will likely possess:

• Previous experience as a Site Manager, Senior Supervisor, or Construction Supervisor
• Experience within Data Centres, Mission Critical, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, or Advanced Technology projects
• Strong understanding of CSA and internal fit‑out packages
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, QA/QC, and site documentation processes
• German language skills highly advantageous
• Polish language skills beneficial but not essential
