- For a brownfield project in France, we are looking for a Construction SHE Manager.
- Develop and implement the Project Health & Safety Plan.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend preventive measures.
- Perform regular site inspections and safety audits.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses.
- Organise safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with legal, client, and company HSE requirements.
- Review work permits, method statements, and risk assessments.Monitor subcontrato HSE performance.
- Support emergency preparedness and coordinate drills.
- Prepare HSE reports and track corrective actions.
