At Cohabs, we don’t just renovate buildings: we create living spaces designed for community, comfort, and impact. We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to lead our renovation projects in Paris, from feasibility studies through to final delivery.
Your missions:
- Act as the representative of the project owner (client side)
- Conduct feasibility studies during real estate acquisition phases
- Create and monitor project budgets and schedules
- Manage and oversee all administrative aspects of a project from pre-construction through to final handover (including punch list/completion reports)
- Negotiate the best prices and conditions with contractors and suppliers
- Find creative solutions to stay within budget and timelines
- Ensure proper management, supervision, and reporting of renovation projects
- Coordinate all project stakeholders (architects, engineering firms, control offices, HSE coordinators, contractors, etc.)
- Be responsible for applying ESG guidelines and safety standards
Profile we are looking for:
- Experienced project manager or graduate in Engineering / Architecture (DET/OPC or equivalent)
- 3 to 7 years of experience in construction and renovation projects
- Strong coordination skills
- Ability to make quick and effective decisions, especially in high-pressure situations
- Enjoys working in teams and thrives on challenges
- Fluent in French, with a good level of English
- Proactive mindset with a strong ability to bring new ideas and continuously challenge our product
- Ability to defend project interests while maintaining strong, constructive relationships with stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of, and existing relationships with, construction stakeholders and service providers in Paris and the surrounding region
- Ability to stay effective and maintain a clear overview in complex environments
- Strong financial tracking skills, clear reporting, and strict respect of project deadlines
