• Location is Amiens with 100% presence on site during full time service, unless agreed differently.
• Assumptions for work timeon siteis Monday – Fridaymax10 hours, Saturdayonly if needed duringheavy construction phases.Holidays and Sundays should not be counted as working days
• Weekly tracking of hours and expenses is to establish and have written confirmation from CLIENT supervisor.
• Amonthly invoicing at hours and expenses spentis required
• CLIENT reserves the right to terminate the cooperation within the first 6 weeks (try-out period) withoutfurtherreasoning

Important:

• Track record in construction businessand preferably as construction manager with CLIENT
• Fluent verbal and written skills in English, French would be an advantage
• Experience in project execution in Amiens will be an advantage
• project documentation and reports have to be prepared in English
• local presence as per project requests
