Description:

The role involves overseeing piping construction activities on a data centre project across both greenfield and brownfield environments. Responsibilities include conducting site visits, performing risk analysis, preparing and coordinating works, monitoring progress and budgets, leading HSE activities, managing pricing and estimates for change orders, and maintaining reporting and documentation.

Requirements:

• 6–10+ years of experience in piping construction (new works and maintenance)
• Proven field leadership in construction environments
• Experience preparing estimates and pricing
• Strong background in piping and construction execution
