Construction Manager

To help us develop our network in France, we are recruiting a Construction Manager France (Infrastructures de Recharge pour Véhicules Électriques), most likely located in the center of France.
🌱 Your responsibilities:
- Plan the organisation of the work.
- Plan each of the tasks and jobs to be carried out.
- Propose the most suitable procedures, techniques and means.
- Control costs.
- Control construction deadlines, guaranteeing on-time completion.
- Coordinate the orders and inputs from suppliers, so that they are on site on the required date.
- Coordinate subcontractors.
- Follow up on quality plans.
- Control the official documentation of the work so that as promoters we comply with all the requirements.
- Manage all the documentation of the work and keep it always updated and registered.
- Control the safety of the work.
- Follow up the work with the project management or subcontractors.
- Review and follow up weekly and monthly reports.
- Checking work certifications, at the end of the work with their approval and sending them to the PM of the project.
- The candidate who is selected for the position of site manager of service stations for a developer must supervise both the different site management and subcontractors, coordinating with them the delivery of the equipment purchased by the company.
- Recurring site visits to ensure all the above indicated points.
- Control on site our operating stations, in relation with the Operations & Maintenance Services, to ensure a well nivel of service for our clients
🚀 Your profile:
- Technical training or engineer.
- More than 5 years of experience as a Construction Site Manager with high quality projects.
- Native in French, high level of spoken and written in English.
- Availability to travel 70% of the time all over France.
- Ability and proven skills to deal with external contractors and installers’ companies.
- Ability to manage a large volume of tasks and be able to deal with several issues simultaneously.
- Ability to work and manage different constructions on different sites simultaneously.
- Driving licence.
- Ideally:
- You have experience in electric mobility sector or retailer.
