Workplace: Based in rue de Prony office – Projets in France

Management: Under the Project Lead/Director

Work organization: Expect non-systematic night and/or weekend work

Languages: Fluent in both French & English

Responsibilities

  • Manage the relocation of workstations.
  • Oversee furniture orders and supply logistics.
  • Coordinate with the Facility Management team.
  • Have a good command of written and spoken English.
  • Enforce the client's safety rules and CBRE standards.
  • Monitor the project and its profitability, ensuring that the budget and schedule are respected while also including risk management.
  • Coordinate the work with the various companies involved (electrical lots, HVAC, etc.).
  • Maintain a 3-week rolling schedule.
  • Organize and lead a weekly meeting with the various construction companies.
  • Write meeting minutes.
  • Provide local client reporting, including photos.
  • Ensure quality and Health, Safety, and Environment processes are followed throughout the project.
  • Handle the final acceptance of the works, list any snags (defects), and resolve them.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues and risks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Lead project-related negotiations and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee contract administration and change orders.
  • Utilize project management software for scheduling and resource tracking.
  • Ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • You have a higher technical education (building/energy/electrical/IT, ESTP or equivalent) and possess 5 to 7 years of experience in the construction industry (FM/General Contractor/Client-side Project Management/Client's Assistant/Project Management).
  • You are independent, meticulous, and are familiar with the different stages of carrying out commercial and/or industrial projects.
  • You have an excellent team spirit, a sense of communication, and great client relations; you are agile and responsive.
  • You have strong writing and presentation skills.
  • You are familiar with the different trades and have technical knowledge.
  • You have knowledge of the regulations related to the layout of workspaces and technical building constraints.
  • Fluent English is essential.
