Consolidation Lead

Consolidation Lead | Paris, France (Hybrid) | Full-Time

A growing consultancy with a strong reputation in enterprise performance management is looking for a Consolidation Lead to join their Paris team.

This role is well suited to someone with strong functional or technical consolidation experience who is comfortable working directly with senior finance stakeholders.

You will work closely with clients across France and Europe, supporting the delivery of consolidation and financial close projects and helping them improve how they manage their close process, statutory reporting, and intercompany eliminations.

What you will be doing:

• Lead and support consolidation and financial close engagements from requirements through to go-live
• Work with Group Finance and reporting teams to translate business needs into effective solution designs
• Configure and deliver consolidation solutions aligned with client requirements
• Participate in workshops, solution testing, and end-user training
• Collaborate with colleagues across Europe on cross-border projects
• Provide post-implementation support and contribute to continuous improvement of client solutions

What we are looking for:

• Strong functional or technical experience in financial consolidation and close processes
• Background in consulting, audit, or an internal Group Finance or reporting role
• EPM platform experience is advantageous though not required
• Comfortable in a client-facing environment with good communication skills
• Knowledge of IFRS or local GAAP consolidation requirements
• Collaborative and open to working in international project teams
• French speaking is a plus
