Responsibilities

• Develop your own territory by prospecting regularly to build a network.
• Negotiate commercial terms with sellers and propose new properties for sale.
• Foster long‑term relationships and expand your portfolio.
• Establish and manage transactions from start to finish: estimate properties, conduct visits with prospective buyers, coordinate financing with the brokerage team.
• Assist in all steps leading to the signing of the compromis and the final deed at the notary.
• Provide the best advice to selling and buying clients, present purchase offers, and facilitate negotiations.
• Maintain close contact and provide continuous support to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience: entry level accepted.
• Qualification: Ouvrier spécialisé (not required but listed).
• Statut: VRP.
• Contract type: CDI.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Annual base salary: €24,480 plus commissions based on sales.
• Additional benefits: commissions non‑capped, 6 weeks paid leave, company health insurance, profit‑sharing, and training via Blot Académie.
