En tant que Conseiller Expérience Client – Front, vous êtes le premier point de contact pour les demandes des clients. Votre mission : garantir un service de qualité optimale, dans le respect des règles et politiques de l'entreprise.
Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez :
- Réceptionner les appels des agences commerciales.
- Apporter un support de premier niveau aux clients payeurs.
- Identifier, reformuler et catégoriser les demandes.
- Enregistrer les demandes dans l'outil de suivi.
- Proposer des solutions alternatives adaptées.
- Orienter vers les bons outils selon la nature de la demande (facturation, dépannage…).
- Assurer le suivi des demandes en cours.
- Participer à la continuité de service OTIS Line : gestion des appels, alarmes, sécurité techniciens (Dati), priorisation des interventions…
- Remonter les opportunités ou risques (résiliation, dysfonctionnements…).
- Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus et à la transmission des savoirs.
- Faire évoluer le process de gestion des clients payeurs...
Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :
- Formation : Bac Pro, BEP, BTS ou équivalent
- Excellente communication et sens du service
- Capacité d'écoute, de reformulation et de gestion des réclamations
- Maîtrise des outils de téléphonie, CRM et télésurveillance
- Rigueur, ponctualité, curiosité et autonomie
- Capacité à gérer des situations complexes et à proposer des améliorations
