Job Title

Conseiller·(e) immobilier transaction (H/F) – ROYAN – Indépendant / Freelance (ou contrat salarié selon l'agence).

About the Role

This role involves prospecting, securing exclusive mandates, managing property visits, negotiating sales, and closing transactions. You will represent Orpi and work closely with the agency team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect with method: build portfolio by sourcing properties for sale.
• Contact residents and grow network via house‑to‑house, email, tele‑prospection, direct contact.
• Secure exclusive sale mandates.
• Promote properties extensively.
• Organise and conduct valuable property visits.
• Find buyers at best price for sellers.
• Act as mediator and advise parties during negotiations.
• Support the transaction until the notarisation.
• Contribute to the agency’s revenue, represent the Orpi brand in external interactions, and participate in agency life.

Qualifications & Skills

• Friendly, attentive, reactive; trustworthy.
• No prior real estate training required, but commercial experience or knowledge of real‑estate law is highly valued.
• Preferred qualifications: BTS, CQP négociateur immobilier, Licence or Master in commercial or real‑estate professions.
