En tant que Conseiller·ère de prévention, vous êtes un véritable partenaire des services, garantissant un environnement professionnel plus sûr, plus sain et plus épanouissant.

Accompagner et conseiller les services dans leurs démarches de prévention et de sécurité au travail, en étant force de proposition. Analyser les risques professionnels liés aux postes de travail et proposer des mesures adaptées. Réaliser des études de postes et contribuer activement à la mise à jour du Document Unique d’Évaluation des Risques. Aller sur le terrain: visites, observations, sensibilisation et échanges directs avec les agents. Étudier les accidents de travail, identifier les causes et recommander des actions correctives. Animer et fédérer: réunions, formations, ateliers de sensibilisation et réseau des assistants de prévention. Assurer une veille réglementaire et technique afin de garantir la conformité et l’innovation. Concevoir des outils pédagogiques et de communication pour renforcer l’adhésion et l’implication des agents.

Votre profil

Formation Bac +3 type BUT en Hygiène-Sécurité-Environnement ou équivalent. Diplôme d’animateur sauveteur-secouriste du travail apprécié. Permis B indispensable. Compétences attendues.
