We specialize in commercial performance and are looking for Commercial Terrain Advisers (H/F) to represent a recognized operator in the telecom market.
Main Responsibilities
- Prospect on the ground with private customers.
- Present Fibre Optic and Mobile offers in a clear, dynamic, and convincing manner.
- Develop a client portfolio through a proactive commercial approach.
- Convert prospects into customers by highlighting the benefits of the offers.
- Foster customer loyalty through a professional, reliable, and service‑oriented attitude.
- Track results and meet regular commercial challenges.
Qualifications and Profile
- Enjoy contact, field work, and commercial challenges.
- Dynamic, persistent, curious, and comfortable in communication.
- Strong commercial drive, excellent interpersonal skills, and a taste for conquest.
- High energy, charisma, and good persuasion ability.
- Good listening skills to understand customer needs.
- Autonomous, rigorous, and respectful of commercial methods.
- Desire to learn, grow, and surpass objectives.
- Previous commercial experience appreciated but not essential.
- Ability to operate with a valid driver's licence (Permis B).

Contract Details
Type of contract: CDI. Working hours: 35 hours per week. Working days: Daytime.
Compensation Structure
- Base salary: €1,900 per month (annualised over 12 months).
