Position

Conseiller Commercial Particuliers (H/F) – Agency Rouen Saint-Sever.

Key Responsibilities

• Accompany clients in their insurance needs (property, family, life projects) with an average of 8 appointments per week.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of approximately 800 clients, conducting regular prospecting actions.
• Commit to commercial objectives, client satisfaction and contribute to the agency development.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial experience in a similar role.
• Strong sales techniques, goal‑oriented, and willing to exceed targets.

Training and Support

Four‑month training combining theory and practice, providing full support to progress into the role.
