Configuration Management and Quality Engineer

• Lead configuration management and product quality activities from design through delivery
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with the document management framework
• Plan and facilitate project kick-off reviews
• Prepare and update monthly and weekly project dashboards
• Participate in SAPC meetings and technical business reviews
• Analyze ECR discrepancies and changes in collaboration with the IPP and Technical Lead
• Assess the documentation impact of changes and participate in change control boards
• Upload and update documents in the Teamcenter PLM system
• Enter the required data into the SAP ERP system
• Ensure the applicable product configuration is maintained
• Define applicability levels and product/documentation use cases
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System

Requirements

• Education: Generalist engineering degree, preferably with an aerospace focus
• 6 to 15 years of experience in the space industry
• Broad cross-functional knowledge of mechanical, optical, and electronic engineering
• Strong knowledge of space and aerospace quality requirements and ECSS standards
• Proficiency with ERP, PLM, and information systems, particularly Teamcenter and SAP
• Solid experience in configuration management
• Rigorous, methodical, structured, and organized approach
• Strong interpersonal skills and assertiveness
• Ability to facilitate and coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to meet objectives in a demanding environment
