Conducteur de Travaux principal Grand projet F/H

You will join a major project and, under the responsibility of the Works Direction, you will participate in the project management of the site.

Vos Missions Clés: Donnez vie à nos chantiers

• Planification & Stratégie: Study the contract, prepare operations, define methods and resources (human, material, financial) and budget the projects.
• Partenariats Stratégiques: Consult and negotiate with subcontractors, participate in their selection.
• Pilotage Opérationnel: Coordinate various construction managers, internal and subcontractor teams, and monitor progress.
• Performance & Optimisation: Control execution, ensure productivity and propose innovative solutions.
• Relation Client: Ensure client satisfaction (quality, deadlines, reserve clearance) and manage contractual aspects.
• Sécurité & Environnement: Implement and monitor prevention plans (PPSPS, Prevention plan).
• Logistique Chantier: Organize and supervise all installations.

Votre Profil: L'Esprit Bâtisseur que nous recherchons

Formation & Experience : Graduate with a higher education degree (Bac +5 in Building or Civil Engineering), you have a significant experience in conducting work for all states. You have already overseen one or more construction managers.

Compétences clés et qualités humaines : Your autonomy, responsibility and rigor are recognised. You demonstrate strong adaptability to on‑the‑ground challenges. Sociable and communicative, you enjoy working in a climate of trust and transparency. You stand out by your entrepreneurial spirit and innovative proposals.
