Context

We are looking for a Conducteur de travaux peinture et sols (H/F) for our ACORUS PEINTISOL agency, specialized in painting and floor coatings. The role involves working on maintenance contracts across all arrondissements of Paris (75) and neighboring departments (92/94). Projects focus on public‑facing institutions for municipalities: hospitals, universities and public venues.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the project site.
• Perform measurements and take dimensions on site.
• Prepare layout plans and implementation schedules.
• Identify material and labor needs.
• Lead teams, plan and coordinate subcontractor activities.
• Transfer technical instructions and ensure compliance with planning.
• Guarantee adherence to safety rules on site.
• Control progress and quality of work.
• Adjust resources according to encountered constraints.
• Provide regular communication with the site manager and client.
• Verify compliance of completed works.
• Participate in handover operations with client present.

Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in leading works on maintenance contract painting and floor works. Good relational and customer service skills. Proficient with computer tools and experience in subcontractor management.
