Conducteur de Travaux H/F

Contract

Mission intérim de 6 mois avec possibilité de CDI. Travail alternant entre terrain (relevés de cotes, suivi de chantier) et bureau (gestion administrative).

Responsibilities

• Pilot multiple BTP sites, ensuring smooth operation; organize and supervise works; lead plumbing professional teams.
• Order and manage materials: place orders with suppliers, control receipts, and apply corrections if discrepancies.
• Project tracking: collaborate with sales team for necessary changes; monitor real costs versus estimates and propose adjustments; transmit key information to planner.
• Communication & reporting: participate in weekly meetings to share project progress; maintain daily contact with planner.

Qualifications

• Professional autonomy, rigor, and commitment.
• Formal training in plumbing or significant experience in the field.
• Excellent mastery of plumbing techniques.
• Strong computer proficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
