Conducteur de Travaux CVC Plomberie H/F - 94 - Ivry-sur-Seine

Manages technical construction sites focusing on HVAC and plumbing, including roof restoration, installation, maintenance, and repair services. Reports to the Works Manager and ensures scheduling, budgeting, quality and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare sites, assist in bid process, analyze technical specifications (CCTP).
• Develop technical studies, forecast budgets, obtain permits and necessary documents.
• Study and select subcontractors in collaboration with purchasing to optimize resources.
• Organize and host on-site meetings, animate team sessions.
• Ensure site compliance and safety, enforce procedures.
• Plan work, set goals for site supervisors, organize staffing, monitor progress, and coordinate logistics.
• Supervise supplies, storage, and safety of storage area.
• Implement safety, hygiene and environmental procedures in collaboration with the safety officer.
• Report progress to Works Manager and keep client informed.
• Negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors to secure best terms; interface with client, design office, architects, regulators.
• Participate in handover with client and project manager.

Qualifications

• Hard skills : project management, HVAC and waterproofing knowledge, construction supervision, building regulations, safety & hygiene, procurement, budgeting.
• Soft skills : organization, leadership, adaptability, communication, proposal orientation.

Experience & Education

Required: Experience in construction supervision; specialization in HVAC/plumbing; competent in technical drawings.

Contract & Salary

Type of contract: Permanent CDI.

• Annual gross salary: €40,000 – €50,000.
