Job Purpose
With €530M value sales, Foods France is a strategic Business Unit for Unilever. As the clear leader in the condiments market, we proudly manage iconic heritage brands such as Amora and Maille, deeply rooted in the daily lives of French consumers. This role sits at the center of a unique ecosystem: an integrated setup from our Chevigny factory to the sales force, enabling agile decision‑making while leveraging the strength of a global organization. As part of the Amora & Maille portfolio marketing team, you will support the development and management of two key local brands across multiple categories. You will contribute to the execution of the marketing strategy and portfolio management for France, while also supporting the international growth ambitions of Maille.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic plans for assigned categories in alignment with the Amora Maille brand ambition
- Identify key growth drivers by combining consumer opportunities with value‑generating mix strategies, ensuring strong P&L impact
- Co‑build and lead a 3+ year innovation and renovation roadmap
- Manage the product portfolio (product launches and delistings) to maximize business opportunities, in line with NRM principles (Max the Mix)
- Define the optimal 6P mix for innovations and renovations, lead project teams, and ensure flawless execution
- Monitor market performance and P&L, and recommend corrective actions where needed
- Feed and manage the 5S innovation funnel for relevant categories and track initiative roll‑out
- Collaborate and influence cross‑functional and technical teams (R&D, factory, supply chain, finance, legal, etc.)
- Co‑develop launch plans and commercial arguments with Brand Impact, CSP and Trade teams
- Manage and develop a team of talents
Required Qualifications
- Strong business acumen with a strategic and results‑oriented mindset
- Excellent understanding of the marketing mix and P&L management
- Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize effectively
- Proven cross‑functional leadership and influencing skills
- High level of agility and resilience
- Fluency in English and French
Experience & Profile
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in marketing
- Dynamic and enthusiastic personality
- Highly organized and proactive approach to work
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Flexible and results‑driven
