This unique role is set aboard an exclusive private yacht that sails across Europe’s most breathtaking coastal regions, including the Côte d’Azur, Monaco, Ibiza, Greece, Mallorca, Marbella, and the Algarve. Your days will involve delivering high-level medical coordination, executing precise medication schedules, and supervising chronic health conditions. Far from working in isolation, you will be part of a collaborative, rotating double-nurse system that ensures the patient receives uninterrupted care while protecting your own work-life balance. The onboard medical framework is directed by a Western-trained Lead Doctor and enhanced by specialized Western-trained Physiotherapists, creating an elite clinical environment at sea. Requirements To qualify for this premium travel role, candidates must possess a four-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) awarded by an accredited Western educational institution. A minimum of 4 years of recent, continuous experience inside high-acuity hospital settings—such as Emergency Rooms or Intensive Care Units—is strictly required. Because communication with the client and team is paramount, absolute professional fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
