Computer Support Specialists

We are currently hiring a Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Clairvaux Pakistan.

This is a contract job with a salary of $1800 per month.

As a Computer Support Specialist you will provide technical support and assistance to our clients with their computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for clients.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person.
• Identify and elevate complex issues to appropriate teams.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in technology and provide recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

• Pakistani nationality preferred.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
