Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will contribute to the daily management of the company’s accounting and treasury operations. You will hold a versatile position, working closely with internal Finance teams as well as external partners (specifically accounting firms).

You will be responsible for performing and monitoring accounting and administrative tasks: payment management, clearing, reconciliations, bookkeeping, and support for closing activities.

Your Mission

Accounting & Treasury

• Preparation of accounts payable (AP) payment batches and handling vendor inquiries.
• Review, recording, and processing of employee expense reports.
• Clearing and monitoring of accounts receivable (AR) payments.
• Bookkeeping of day‑to‑day accounting entries.
• Contribution to monthly closings (recurring entries, accruals, bank reconciliations, etc.).
• Assistance with VAT monitoring and preparation of data for tax filings.
• Assistance with HR administrative follow‑up and payroll‑related items.

Support & Coordination

• Contribution to various accounting and administrative tasks based on team needs.
• Coordination with accounting firms (local and international) for the follow‑up of accounting and tax matters.
• Participation in the improvement of operational processes.

What we’re looking for

• Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (e.g., BTS, DUT/BUT, DCG or equivalent).
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting (including internships or apprenticeship/work‑study programs).
• Technical Skills:
• Solid understanding of accounting principles .
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software .
• Soft Skills:
• Rigorous, analytical mindset, and curious.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic, high‑growth environment .
• Highly organized and reliable.
• Languages: Fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
