Comptable - Junior/Senior/Manager

About the role

Qonto is integrating banking and accounting services following the acquisition of Acasi to provide a unified financial workspace for entrepreneurs. We are looking for accounting professionals ranging from junior to manager levels to manage client portfolios and influence the development of our automated accounting tools. You will act as a strategic advisor to clients, moving beyond manual data entry to focus on high-value consulting.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their tax, financial, legal, and accounting matters.
• Manage client portfolios independently, including bookkeeping, account reviews, and tax filings such as VAT and annual financial statements.
• Collaborate with the product team by sharing client feedback and identifying needs to improve the Acasi software solution.
• Participate in periodic accounting closings to ensure data accuracy and reliability across all managed accounts.

Requirements

• Academic background in accounting, such as DSCG, Master CCA, or EC mémorialiste.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in an accounting firm, including internships or work-study programs.
• Senior applicants must demonstrate the ability to manage a portfolio autonomously and mentor junior team members.
• Fluency in French is required for client interactions.
• English proficiency at a B1 level or higher is necessary for internal team communication and tool usage.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple client files simultaneously.
• Interest in leveraging technology and AI to modernize accounting practices.
