Job Description

Reporting to the Financial and Accounting Department, responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining general, budgetary, and analytical accounting for the organization.
2. Ensuring the consistency of accounting documents and their preservation.
3. Recovering debts.
4. Managing cash flow, payments, and receipts.
5. Performing routine activities such as check encashment, debt recovery, mail processing, data entry of invoices and receipts, and handling simple queries.

You will also be responsible for various ongoing activities within the department, including handling incoming mail, managing receivables, and data entry tasks.

All staff must commit to confidentiality and adhere to security protocols regarding information systems and premises access.

Candidate Profile

• Bac +2 in accounting or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting techniques.
• Analytical mind, rigor, methodical approach, and synthesis skills.
• Proficiency with computer tools.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
• Teamwork skills.
• Availability to attend local training sessions as required.
