Overview

Comptable fournisseur f/h (H/F) – Bonneuil‑sur‑Marne (94). CDD 6 mois. Salary 36 000€‑38 000€ per year. This role is part of Saint‑Gobain Services Finance France, a Centre de Services Partagés Finance. The position reports to the Responsable d’Équipe Comptabilité Fournisseurs and covers the full cycle of invoice processing, supplier account reliability, and relationship with internal customer entities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end processing of invoices and credit notes, including the suppliers email inbox, the dematerialisation tool, identification of suppliers and integration discrepancies.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and track validation workflows with internal customers.
• Handle banking operations: undertakings, withdrawals, and payment proposals.
• Prepare payment schedules, process deposit requests, and manage follow‑ups and due‑date tracking.
• Conduct close processes: prepare and analyze account documentation, post FNP, and justify supplier ageing balances.
• Reconcile inter‑company accounts and collaborate with auditors.
• Apply hierarchical directives and participate in internal process improvement projects.
• Attend internal customer meetings, respond to requests promptly, and maintain professional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in accounting and/or finance with solid process knowledge.
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience with accounting software (SAP, QAD) and dematerialisation tools.
• Strong Excel skills: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, advanced formulas.
• Rigorous, agile, curious, adaptable; open to change and continuous improvement.
