Responsibilities

• Contribute actively to the establishment of the ACPR file towards the creation of the structure.
• Participate in the preparation of the opening balance of this new retirement insurance entity and be responsible for its documentation with our auditors.
• Assist in defining the day‑to‑day management and bookkeeping of the new retirement insurance entity (accounting closure process, account justification, internal control implementation).
• Help define the closing process of the entity’s accounts under IFRS17 standards (business processes, methods and tools).
• Support the Accounting Department (DEFI) in its transformation by sharing knowledge and ensuring cross‑project collaboration.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a BAC+5 and 3 to 5 years of experience as an accountant in insurance (technical aspects of insurance), finance (financial statements) or insurance transformation.
• Capable of thinking beyond the framework and possessing strategic and transversal vision.
• Strong communicator, able to assert presence, understand stakes and engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Good analytical skills with solid project management fundamentals.
• Comfortable with programming tools and Python language.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Committed to acting with responsibility and professional ethics in daily work.
