Freelance Pharma Compliance Consultant - Pharmaceutical

Location: Paris / France | Contract: Freelance | Start: ASAP | 5 days/week Hybrid

We are seeking a senior French Pharmaceutical Compliance professional for an urgent freelance assignment supporting a pharmaceutical organization in France.

This is a Compliance-first role , requiring someone highly autonomous and hands-on who can assess the current Compliance environment, identify areas of exposure and implement practical improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• French Pharmaceutical Compliance, risk assessment & remediation
• Compliance audits, gap assessments and risk mapping
• Develop and implement improved processes, controls and Compliance frameworks
• Advise on areas including DMOS/Anti-Gift, Sapin II, GDPR and promotional compliance
• Review, draft and negotiate contracts/agreements
• Deliver Compliance training and awareness
• Partner with French and Global stakeholders

Profile

• Strong French Pharmaceutical Compliance experience
• Approx. 7+ years' relevant experience preferred
• Pharmaceutical/Big Pharma background highly desirable
• Proven audit, risk identification and remediation experience
• Senior enough to operate independently, but still hands-on
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Qualified lawyer advantageous, not mandatory
