We are seeking a senior French Pharmaceutical Compliance professional for an urgent freelance assignment supporting a pharmaceutical organization in France.
This is a Compliance-first role , requiring someone highly autonomous and hands-on who can assess the current Compliance environment, identify areas of exposure and implement practical improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- French Pharmaceutical Compliance, risk assessment & remediation
- Compliance audits, gap assessments and risk mapping
- Develop and implement improved processes, controls and Compliance frameworks
- Advise on areas including DMOS/Anti-Gift, Sapin II, GDPR and promotional compliance
- Review, draft and negotiate contracts/agreements
- Deliver Compliance training and awareness
- Partner with French and Global stakeholders
Profile
- Fluent French & English – essential
- Strong French Pharmaceutical Compliance experience
- Approx. 7+ years' relevant experience preferred
- Pharmaceutical/Big Pharma background highly desirable
- Proven audit, risk identification and remediation experience
- Senior enough to operate independently, but still hands-on
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Qualified lawyer advantageous, not mandatory
