Compliance Officer - Digital Assets/Confidential Tokens

We’re hiring a senior Compliance Officer to lead the development and execution of compliance frameworks for next-generation, privacy-focused digital assets.

This is a strategic, high-impact role at the intersection of:

• Crypto regulation
• Tokenized financial systems
• Privacy-enhancing technologies

You’ll play a key role in defining how innovative digital assets can be adopted safely, legally, and at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Build & Lead Compliance Frameworks

• Design and implement end-to-end compliance frameworks for digital asset products
• Establish governance, reporting, and risk controls aligned with global regulations

Partner with Product & Engineering

• Work closely with technical teams to integrate compliance into token design and smart contract logic
• Provide guidance on regulatory risks and compliant product development

Regulatory Engagement

• Act as the main point of contact for regulators and supervisory authorities
• Manage reporting obligations, audits, and compliance certifications
• Monitor and influence emerging regulations in crypto and digital assets

External Advisory

• Support partners and clients in building their own compliance frameworks
• Advise financial institutions and platforms on risk and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Must-have

• 7+ years in compliance, risk, or legal roles
• Strong experience in crypto / blockchain / digital assets
• Deep knowledge of:
• AML / KYC / financial crime frameworks
• Experience dealing directly with regulators or authorities

Ideal background

• Experience at:
• Trading or custody platforms
• Proven track record of building compliance frameworks
• Exposure to tokenization, smart contracts, or emerging blockchain technologies

Skills

• Strong stakeholder management (technical + regulatory)
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
• Excellent communication and policy writing skills
