Doodle Baseball is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will help ensure that company operations, policies, and business practices comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate company compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Develop, review, and maintain internal compliance policies and procedures.
• Identify potential compliance risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Conduct compliance reviews, audits, and internal assessments.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and prepare reports for management.
• Provide guidance and training to employees regarding compliance requirements.
• Stay informed about relevant regulatory and legal changes.
• Work with different departments to address compliance issues and improve internal processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, Compliance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in compliance, risk management, legal, or a related role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with different teams.
