MISSIONS

Within a dynamic Legal Department and under supervision of the Chief Compliance Officer, you will be in charge of the following main missions:

  • Deployment of Axens' Integrity program in particular anti-corruption, competition and international sanctions
  • Identify and qualify third parties at risk (Third Party Risk Management: research/screening/due diligence)
  • Participate in the development of Tools and deployment of Compliance training for Group employees
  • Conducting legal research and analysis in the areas of law covered by the compliance programs of the Group; preparing recommendations for Axens’ management
  • Draft and negotiate compliance-related contractual clauses with internal and external clients
  • Advise operational staff on compliance issues and the implementation of the Group's Integrity program
  • Participate in Group compliance committees and compliance audits (Sapin II)
  • Work in task force about Export Control Matter, a skill to be developed.

Thelist is not exhaustive, and the missions may evolve according to thedevelopment of the Group's Integrity and Compliance program.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education : Youhold a master’s degree in law, Compliance, Risk Management, or a related fieldin Compliance and Business Ethics.

Experience: Youhave a minimum of 2 years of professional experience, including solidexperience in Compliance within a multinational company, as this role has astrong international business focus.

Skills: Youare fluent in English and have excellent professional writing skills. Youhave experience using third-party compliance screening databases. Youare proficient in digital tools, and you have a good understanding ofArtificial Intelligence technologies.

Tosucceed in this role, you demonstrate objectivity, rigor, pragmatism, stronginterpersonal skills, dynamism, adaptability, and the ability to managepriorities and urgent matters effectively.

Youare a team player and will quickly integrate into the organization bycollaborating with numerous stakeholders both within and outside the ComplianceDepartment.
