Compliance Controls & Risk Evaluation Practitioner

IXO is seeking compliance and risk practitioners for paid remote expert work involving realistic professional scenarios and AI evaluation. The role brings applied knowledge of controls and risk decisions into tasks that can be assessed with clear reasoning.

Contribution

Develop tasks and work products grounded in the compliance and risk situations encountered in professional practice. Evaluate AI responses in your area of expertise and provide domain-specific feedback explaining where the reasoning is sound, where it is incomplete and what needs correction.

Assignments may draw on regulatory compliance frameworks, identification and mitigation of risk, internal controls and audit. The particular subject matter will be matched to your relevant experience and defined in the assignment brief. Work products and review feedback should communicate the basis for a judgment clearly enough for the project team to use it.

Relevant background

You need professional experience with compliance frameworks, risk assessment and mitigation, and internal-control or audit work. Clear communication and the ability to work independently in a remote setting are required.

This opportunity does not impose an additional minimum number of years, degree or named professional certification. Describe the responsibilities you have held and the types of compliance or control questions you have handled so that the project scope can be aligned with your actual expertise.

Engagement arrangements

Compensation is $65 $85/hr USD. A commitment of 15-30 hours per week is an indicative planning range; scope, availability, duration and expected outputs must be agreed with IXO before work begins. Applying does not guarantee a particular volume of work or further assignments.

The engagement uses your professional judgment within an agreed project. Share only authorized materials and permissible general knowledge.
