Position and Responsibilities

You will join the Compliance Surveillance team as a Compliance Controller Anti-Fraud Market.

Within the Compliance Department, you will be responsible for conducting compliance controls within the Surveillance division.

Daily tasks include:

• Reviewing escalations related to market abuse;
• Interacting with operational units on alert escalations;
• Analyzing alerts to detect potential market abuses;
• Participating in the development and operation of monitoring tools;
• Conducting investigations following identified issues;
• Drafting analytical reports and control summaries;
• Participating in working groups and department meetings.

You will collaborate with first and second line control services, project managers (MOA/MOE), the CLAF (Anti-Fraud Coordination) team, and other Compliance services. The environment is international, emphasizing excellence, impact, and collective action.

Candidate Profile and Skills

If you identify with the following, you are suited for this role:

• Higher education background with proven experience in market activity control (Audit, Compliance, Risk Management) or related functions (Middle Office/Back Office/SDR);
• Knowledge of banking products, structures, systems, and monitoring tools;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, listening ability, and methodological rigor;
• Adaptability, responsiveness, problem-solving orientation;
• Ability to understand complex scenarios and identify potential market manipulation activities;
• English proficiency at C1 level.
