Compliance Control and Risk Management Team Leader
We are looking for a proactive Team Leader to oversee our OpenCompliance Control and Risk Management (CCRM) operations in Lisbon. This role is central to maintaining regulatory standards while leading a dedicated team in a fast‑paced environment. You will ensure the quality of risk assessments and provide guidance to your team to meet operational targets effectively.
Main Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the CCRM team, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching and regular performance reviews. Beyond people management, you will monitor compliance workflows, mitigate potential risks, and act as the primary point of contact for complex compliance escalations. Ensuring the team stays updated on evolving regulatory requirements is a key part of this role.
Requirements
- Experience: Mandatory professional experience in CCRM (Compliance Control and Risk Management).
- Leadership: Proven track record in team management or supervisory roles.
- Languages: Native or C1 proficiency in both English and French. (Candidates with B2 French who are highly fluent/comfortable in a professional setting may be considered).
- Location: Must be able to work on-site in Lisbon.
Work Conditions & Benefits
- Salary: €33,780.00 – €35,400.00 per year.
- Meal Allowance: €12.00 per day.
- Flexibility: Training and the first month are fully on-site. Once autonomy is demonstrated, you will transition to a hybrid model (50% remote, 50% on‑site).
