- Assess the regulatory implications of new products, services, and business initiatives, and partner with product and business teams to embed compliance requirements from discovery through development.
- Identify potential compliance risks associated with existing or new offerings, and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
- Review and validate commercial and communication materials to ensure they are aligned with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of compliance policies, procedures, and guidance in collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders.

- Expertise working with card transactions, regulations and SEPA rules.
- Experience in advising business stakeholders on compliance matters.
- Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into clear, practical, and business‑oriented guidance.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to identify risks, exercise sound judgement, and formulate pragmatic recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- A rigorous, proactive, and solutions‑oriented approach.
Benefits
- Flexible on‑site policy: 4 days per month remote (non‑accumulative) and 3 full weeks remote per year (non‑consecutive).
- Lunch 60% funded by Spendesk (Swile Card).
- Alan Premium health insurance.
- A Gymlib pass to let off steam after a productive day at work.
- Access to Moka.care for emotional and mental health wellbeing.
- Latest Apple equipment.
- Great office snacks to fuel your day.
- A positive team to work with daily!
