Description : Ensure Complaints governance and oversight of Complaints Management process with patients, customers and manufacturing sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing complaint INBOX, logging and categorizing complaints and accepting reported cases
- Reviewing investigational reports, overseeing CAPAs and maintaining respective KPIs
- Contribution to Product & Manufacturing oversight
- Support during external audits and regulatory inspections
- Single Point of Contact for Manufacturing sites, Pharmacovigilance and Medical information and PQC reporter.
