Customer Requirement and Compliance Coordinator

Join our team to manage and analyze customer and raw material complaints to ensure fast and sustainable resolution. Coordinate corrective actions with internal teams to drive continuous improvement. Provide clear and regular reporting to the Sales & Quality teams. Train and support QIS users to ensure optimal system usage. Monitor quality trends and propose action plans to strengthen site performance.
