Customer Requirement and Compliance Coordinator

• Manage and analyze customer and raw material complaints to ensure fast and sustainable resolution.
• Coordinate corrective actions with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide clear and regular reporting to the Sales & Quality teams.
• Train and support QIS users to ensure optimal system usage.
• Monitor quality trends and propose action plans to strengthen site performance.
