We are currently seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist , reporting directly to the C&B Manager , to join our Human Resources / Compensation & Benefits team based in Nanterre / La Défense, France .

About Your Team
You will be part of the Compensation & Benefits team within the HR function. The team supports compensation strategy, budget management, and reward policies, ensuring consistency, competitiveness, and compliance across entities.
About the Mission We Offer You
As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will support the management and optimization of compensation and benefits programs, HR budgeting processes, and workforce analytics, contributing to informed decision‑making and organisational performance.
Responsibilities
- Apply the Technip Energies grading system to ensure alignment of compensation and benefits across entities
- Prepare and analyze HR budget support documentation (headcount and personnel cost evolution)
- Monitor the implementation of the annual salary review process (criteria and data quality)
- Analyze and track HR budget expenses by unit and provide insights
- Monitor workforce evolution across departments and identify deviations, proposing corrective actions
- Analyze HR data and produce regular reports (e.g., turnover, demographics, workforce trends)
- Contribute to the design of competitive compensation packages aligned with market practices
- Monitor regional and local salary structures to balance attractiveness and budget constraints
- Participate in the development and implementation of reward and benefits policies
- Conduct benchmarking of C&B practices across companies
- Ensure data integrity within HR systems

- Internal: HR teams, Finance, Project Managers, Legal
- External: Benchmarking partners, consultants, external advisors
Role Dimension
- Multi‑site scope within a defined cluster
- Responsible for HR Budget analysis and reporting activities
- Operates autonomously on C&B topics within scope, with limited supervision
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in HR, Law, Business, or Finance
- 3–5 years in Compensation & Benefits or HR controlling
- Fluent in English and French
